How to Earn and Use Points

Logging In is Essential: Please note, you must be logged into your account to accumulate and redeem points. Make sure to log in before shopping to take advantage of this benefit.
Point Redemption: You can use your points to get discounts on purchases, but there’s a limit of £5 worth of points that can be redeemed per purchase. This helps us ensure a fair usage of points across all customers.
Expiration Policy
- Points Validity: Your points will expire 90 days after earning them, so keep an eye on your balance and ensure you redeem your rewards before they expire. The expiration date is calculated from your most recent purchase date.
